    endpoints. The same text goes to Telegram for a teacher who linked the
    bot; this panel is what reaches the ones who didn't, and a second look
    for the ones who did.

    One "mark read" button for the whole list rather than per row — see
    TeacherDashboardController::markNotificationsRead(). Read rows stay in
    the table, they just leave this panel.
